5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate products, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, along with valid proof such as photographs of the damaged product.
Order cancellations are only permitted before the order has been processed or shipped.
